Yesterday Fifi and I rode our bikes into Canton (where all the buildings look like the above), went to the library and R. J. Barrel where we got a burger on a homemade bun and a reuben. It was excellent. Now I have a stack of library books beside my bed (Run, and this which the librarian recommended and Birthday Letters which is taking me FOREVER and there are also three New Yorkers I never made it to) and I have to go to work. All day, for the next six days. I want a big girl job. With an office, and an office chair, and a commute, and a quitting time. Sigh.
